Communicating with Spirit Guides is about finding the answers from a higher realm. We all have Guides watching over us. Our Guides are loving beings surrounded by light and part of their mission is to help each and every one of us to heal and remember why we are here. Some people sense them some don't. How does the message come across from the Guides?
The message can be transmitted in words, images and even feelings to you or the Reader. The Reader needs to recognise the message from the Guides and separate it from his och her own thoughts. An experienced Reader can do this. However, it is good to know that a message has to be "translated" and is therefore never 100% correct. A good reader is able to pass on around 70% correct answers, therefore you need to use your own judgement and be responsible for your actions.

Guided messages are not a quick fix or something that sorts all your problems. You still need work on your relationships, eat healthy, work out, reduce stress and take care of yourself.
